Welcome to Bible+Bloom:

Hi there, and welcome to Bible+Bloom. My name is Christina. I’m a wife, a homeschool mama of three, a gardener, a cancer survivor, and most importantly, a Christ follower.

Back in the summer of 2022, I started a homeschooling blog-The Heart-Centered Homeschool full of hope and inspiration. But six months later, my world would be turned upside down when I was unexpectedly diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. That diagnosis shifted everything and temporarily derailed my blogging career.

As I returned to my usual content, I still felt a deep passion for encouraging fellow homeschooling mothers, but also sensed a strong prompting from the Lord to broaden the conversation beyond just homeschooling. So, after much prayer I rebranded and created Bible+Bloom—a place where we can grow together in God’s Word, one season at a time.

No Season is Wasted:

Bible+Bloom is a space where women can find encouragement and community—whether you’re sowing new seeds, nurturing growth, harvesting fruit, experiencing pruning, or even in moments of waiting, we can be confident that no season is wasted in in the hands of the Vine Dresser.

God and His Word are not only sufficient but overflowing with grace and are more than adequate to meet our needs in all circumstances. I’ve experienced His faithfulness and His steadfast hand as evidently on the mountain top as in the soil of the valley, and I am so deeply humbled and grateful for it.

So, let’s talk about it. My hope is to not only share my own perspectives and experiences but to hear yours as well. I look forward to walking alongside you in fellowship as we grow in grace, humility, and wisdom through His Word, one season at a time.
